Omnisend has been impressive in their continued development on the backend as well as their personalized service.
Maria and the Omnisend Team were prompt and efficient in handling our problem. Using both chat and email, Maria and company kept us in the loop while solving our problem. Omnisend software has help us market our products for the last three years
Omni send is an easy app for Email marketing. We've got always help when we need it. Especially their staff Matija is amazing. He solved all the problems! Thank you!

Update as of 1/14/24: I stand by my original review. Didem helped me figure out the upcoming domain changes and was incredibly helpful. Would've taken me 5 times as long to figure it out on my own.
I've been using Omnisend for over a year now and have had no issues whatsoever, especially with the great support team including Baarath who helped with a domain key issue. The dashboard is great and automations have made tens of thousands even when left on for the past year. Very easy to use and would happily recommend to any e-commerce store.

I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.

The customer support team with Omnisend does a really great job of assisting and troubleshooting through chat. I was recently experiencing some trouble with implementing a scratch card and adding a link for the customer preference center, and Daryna was able to send me video links and screenshots to effectively navigate me to success.
