Very easy interface! We loved it very much. Anybody can do with little knowledge. Pricing plan is also very attractive.

just installed and connect it with my shopify store and privy campaign. very very easy to use. and the support is really 24/7, I am so surprised! I can't afford the pro plan yet, but it looks amazing! Working toward that! Thank you!

I was looking for a good app to improve my email marketing experience with my shopify store. Soundest made it super easy to make professional newsletters and only took me 10 minutes to send out my first campaign. A+

Despite the interruptions in the work of platform the support always works best, Olesia was always in touch and helped solve the problem very quickly!

I am certain that this is an excellent app. But very occasionally numerous issues occur whereby an app simply does not work. My initial issue was with Shaw, one of Canada's largest telecommunications companies. Shaw's spam filters had (wrongly) listed soundest as a spam associated company and froze my emails when I used the soundest name. Shaw is most certainly incorrect in this but it was still a nuisance to manage.
Then I had considerable difficulty in setting up the 'easy to use' system. Again I am sure that it is 'easy to set up' but perhaps not for me. The support staff at soundest support tried hard to resolve the issues and I am grateful for their assistance, but it was without any success. Sometimes even with the best will in the world things just do not work and it is best to move on.

We've looked through a number of automation platforms and found Omnisend to be the perfect fit for us because of its segmentation and automation features and its reasonable pricing. Josh has been a great help with the introduction and onboarding as well.
