I have been using Omnisend for a number of years now. I send out a newsletter once every 2 weeks and I have a couple of automations running as well. I don't always find the interface the most intuitive but by using the chat service on a couple of occasions I always get back on track.
Today I specifically want to highlight the chat service and the help I received from Saleh, who, despite being very busy, took the time to:
1. explain why he may be slower than usual to respond (and apologised ofr it more than once)
2. supply me with a link to help answer my initial query
3. respond with comprehensive and detailed answers to my fairly elaborate follow up questions (not the type of questions you want to receive when you are very busy!)
As a result, I know what my options are and again can get back on track.

I would recommend this app to anyone starting our in email marketing learning from the beginning because the customer support is really excellent, 10/10.

Always quick to respond and easy to navigate but I find it pretty pricey for a small business, so don't send out as any emails as I'd like.

I've been using Omnisend for a few years now and will say that the team who help you with technical issues and assistance are amazing, they are so patient and nothing is too much trouble.
I've not been impressed though with the implementation of the reviews section and believe there to still be missing features. I just feel like this section was rushed and not thought through properly from what a customer needs.
However, the team themselves have been so helpful and even though it was not possible to resolve all issues I have with the reviews section I still highly recommend this app and it's team.

Omnisend is a robust app that I find to be a little less than intuitive personally since my marketing needs are pretty simple. However once I learned how to navigate it, it does what I need effectively and the shopify integration works. And most importantly, their customer service is fantastic and quickly helped me troubleshoot my issues. Shoutout to Karine for the help :)

I've had some frustrations over the last couple of years with this app, but they are constantly trying to make improvements-- some are helpful, some not so much. I really appreciate the responsive customer support. Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.
After trying a few email programs, I can honestly say we like this one the best!
Maria of the customer service was really helpful. What's more important is that she gives a full reply to my question and she tries her best to help.
This is a good app. I finally learned how to use it (myself, indeed, despite that i needed help). But people at customers service chat should be much more knowledgeable. Seems like they don't know very well about all app functions and how they work.
