THE APP WORKED GREAT. WAS SUPER EASY. I DIDNT HAVE ANY TROUBLE AT ALL. I WILL BE USING THIS MUCH MORE NOW THAT I HAVE ACCESS TO IT.

Soundest is amazing. I love looking at the summaries of how many of our emails were opened, had links clicked, and how many conversions we received. It is the easiest way to send out effective, neat looking email blasts from Shopify.

I required some assistance with form designs on Omnisend and I was connected with Daryna from Omnisend. She was a major help, acted as a bridge between me and the tech team and kept me in the loop, provided me with timely solutions and went out of her way to make sure I got the results I had visualized. I waited until the charged me for this month to write this review. This app is easy to use and does what it says. My only complaint was that when it used to be Soundest I was being charged $75 for my plan, and when it changed to Omnisend the pricing went up and I guess goes up as your list of subscribers does. So now it is around $100 a month. Which would not be a problem but it would have been better if I was notified before the pricing went up. Other than that I think this app is still cheaper than others. I have tried another newsletter app before but felt as though it did not have as many features as this app.
By far the best email marketing company I have ever used, and I have used a lot. Support is insanely good, fast, friendly. Cost is very fair. Toolset is amazing.
