Great application, it´s helping me a lot with my clients!!!
I downloaded klaviyo at first cause everyone about it in all the youtube videos and articles. But honestly it was very annoying to use and super not user friendly. I then tried omnisend and basically fixed all the annoying things about klaviyo. I just wish they have more pop up templates. Customer support is decently quick and super super helpful. I got a screen recording mini tutorial just for my question, amazing. Big thank you to Salma she's from customer support she's the reason im writing this review.
Updating my review:
It's really hurting my abandoned cart workflow that I cannot segment my campaign between previous purchasers and new customers. I'm still overall happy with Omnisend, but am frustrated with the lack of this option that I had in MailChimp. I have different messaging for these two segments in Abandoned Carts and do not want to train my loyal customers to just wait for a coupon after abandoning a cart.

I've spent the last couple days migrating over to OmniSend from MailChimp and so far I am SO happy to be doing it! It's easy and intuitive to use with a lot of great features! I have high hopes for my new workflows and campaigns to out-perform what I was doing previously.
Automation workflows are really easy to set up, and I love the cancellation trigger. I'm also really excited to check out the Facebook & Google Audience Syncs, although I haven't quite gotten that far yet. I'm expecting that to be a great feature though.
Just a couple things I'd like to see added:
- I need a way to segment some of my workflows between customers who have previously purchased vs. new customers. I have different messaging to use for new clients vs. repeat buyers. This is particularly critical for an abandoned cart workflow. This is the only thing so far I've found that I'm losing in the switch.
- I also would love a better option for the order follow up email workflow. I see the value of the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback block, but I'd really rather encourage customers to leave reviews on my website. I do this with another app right now, but if it could be accomplished with OmniSend, that would be amazing.
Otherwise, super happy with the switch. I've spent the weekend setting up all my automated workflows, and I'll be ready to start sending newsletter campaigns next week.
so i just added this app, can't give 5 stars yet, as I'm not sure how it will help me, customer service has been great as somethings got a little confusing for a person who doesn't have great computer skills., you need to be patient in figuring out your template and design . overall so far so good!

Fairly easy to use for a non technical person like me. Customer support is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Always pleased with the help I receive.
The app is not perfect. There are some issues that should be developed. But the support team do their best to help their customers.
We are new to Omnisend. So far so good! there are certain things that could be improved/easier. But, we are a new small business and navigating takes practice and time. Customer service is prompt to help. Shout out to Karine as she was a great help.
This was the first email campaign I sent, I am not a computer wizard and it was fairly straight forward. Lets see how it goes...My only critique thus far is I would have liked a phone support system in place to provide screen sharing.
Omnisend is great whenever you want to get started with email marketing. They are adapting and updating fast, meaning launching new features and functions almost all the time which I think is great. I have had some trouble with them from time to time due to the fact that it has been various knowledge level in support as well as the tool not always working as expected (segmentation not working properly as one example). However, I'm still recommending it to others as it's easy to get started and it feels very modern and fast-moving.
We just set it up and have not lanuched ourstore yet but everything looks ok so far. Just waiting for our verification email on our first campaign...
