Omnisend is great, it does everything we need and more, plus the support has always been top notch- can jump on online chat and get help with anything right away.
Quick, effective and easy to use. Awesome application. Only suggestion would be to be able to standardise spacing to improve the visual aspect of the presentations to the clients. None the less! AWESOME
I've been using this Omnisend tool for a year, and the new builder is too easy to use ready-made templates are excellent, and the most fantastic Customer Support team is just mind-blowing. Whenever I get stuck, I just hit my problem in their inbox, and they do their best to resolve it. You guys are doing a great job, including Kristina, Nikola, Olesia, Yuliia, Salma, Deniz, Stefan, Sanya and others. I highly appreciate your hard work. May God bless all of you.
Omnisend is just an excellent marketing app; if you are stuck and need help fixing problems, the Omnisend support team is always available. Whenever I got stuck, I chatted online and got the solution every time. Just migrated from Mailchimp, so far I'm loving it. In fact, I can now stop using other apps for creating forms and such. It's very user friendly, so I recommend it 100%

I don't know how many apps I've tried and uninstalled since finding this one. But, I LOVE this app! It has helped my campaigning so much more than Mailchimp. I love that this app is an all in one app with added features for pop ups and other marketing. I highly recommend. I am still currently on my trial before upgrading to premium. It's well worth it!
I had an issue with a pop-up and I got a response by the customer service a few minutes later. I was helped by Matija and we sorted it out very quickly. Thank you
