Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Using Omnisend since several years for different e-commerce stores, I found out that it is by far the best one to use with Shopify. Everything is intuitive to do and the support team is available 7/7 yo help you really quickly. A special thanks to Nikola who has been very patient and persistent to help me resolve my problem !

I have looked at the other apps but Omnisend is the easiest to use. Salma was amazing. She has solved my problem so quickly. She is very attentive and fast. Also very thoughtful. Really good app, I have been using it for one year and I can definitely say it is way better than Mailchimp. Many options to choose from and very good, detailed insights.
The only thing it could be improved is the customer service though. At times you have to wait long before an agent takes on the conversation. I had to also explain my issue several times when agents switched as their shift was over and it is pretty frustrating when you need your problem to be solved as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, I recommend this app.

I'm still in my trial period with Omnisend but it seems really good and the support chat is very quick and helpful.

We switched from Mailchimp to Omnisend about 2 years ago becuase we wanted better analytics, integration and segmentation, and design capabilities for a reasonable price. Omnisend offers all of this, at a much more reasonable price than major competitors I researched. We get a fantastic click through and open rate with Omnisend, and their customer support is great. Nikola was very helpful to me yesterday when I had queries about the new email designer, along with being super friendly and polite.
