The app is so amazing! I had a few questions just starting out and OMG the Soundest team is so amazing and helpful! They get back to you within a day after hours and minutes on the live chat on their app. Works perfectly with my store! So much better than confusing Mail Chimp!

I would recommend Omnisend because it is modern looking and user friendly. It's not perfect. Somethings are hard to work out but the support is great. They respond quickly and help you for as long as you need it.

The WYSWYG editor interface is kind of simple to use but lack some interesting features. Customisation is also a bit restricted.

The customer service is very good and very quick. I like the fact that free version offers you so many emails for free, the features for the free version is not that limited, like as they are with other similar apps.
