The interface and pretty and userfriendly. Many functions that I need some time to study these. It's a very good apps.
I recently started using Omnisend and encountered some self inflicted issues. However, Omnisend's support responded quickly and helped me find my way through the learning curve. Very responsive and helpful. Highly Recommend

This is an incredibly useful app that has so many amazing features. As a small store, it's very hard for me to pay a lot of money for other apps to do basic things like sending emails, but Omnisend has a lot of useful free features and is very easy to figure out.
really helpful, I was watching and searching after so many apps about email retargeting and this on is the one I want
So many bugs in their system. You have to be sure and test every single thing that you automate. Whether it be popups or e-mails, I have found multiple things that make my site/e-mails look unprofessional and when trying to resolve I end up spinning my wheels with them e-mail after e-mail. I am so bummed, because I spent all week merging from Mailchimp to Omnisend and at this point I am not satisfied. Just a heads up to you all -- fact check EVERYTHING multiple times to be sure it works.
