I highly recommend it. The application helped us a lot in our first email marketing campaign, for beginners it is very easy to use, it has a lot of functionalities for the design of the content and the best thing is that the user experience is impressive, we are very happy of how easy it was to have our first email marketing campaign for our online store.
Solid and well rounded app. Looking forward to take advantage of all the activities you can perform with it, as I just started with basic email marketing with positive results.

Great so far! I love the templates (more suited to retail than some others) and the reporting is good as well.
We are switching to a different EMS only because we want a wider choice of templates, more segmentation etc, but I am finding our new EMS way too complicated for an average user like us and a small business overall, that can't afford hiring an email specialist. So, now, when we can compare, I would definitely recommend Omnisend for businesses that don't want to spend hours on figuring out simple tasks.
Also, Omnisend customer service is stellar. Even when we unsubscribed from them, their customer support is exemplary. Today I had Luiz to help us out to fully unsubscribe - extremely helpful and customer oriented! I don't know of any other service who gets back to you so fast and efficient. Also, they have live chat - something hard to find these days.
This app helps me retarget the audience that didnt buy my products and send them private emails to get them to buy
