Moved to this from shopify email. Its amazing platform with its own features and mess. However, its customer support is amazing man! They're always ready to help you out. We switched from another platform and immediately saw the difference in ease of use and results. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to design and schedule campaigns. No hidden costs for basic functionality (like other apps).
The support team has been very responsive, providing helpful guidance whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, Omnisend has been great. We’ve recently switched to the first paid tier and we are happy with the offering although ideally it could include more contacts.
Highly recommend it to any e-commerce business looking to streamline their email marketing!

the first time they over charged me by 70 dollars, I contacted them, got a refund, and this time they went from 30 40 a month to 80 a month, WITHOUT notifying me.

The quarterly plan you initially subscribed to was a one-time offer that included a 30% discount. Once the 3-month period ended, your account automatically transitioned to a monthly plan based on your contact tier, as the quarterly discount is no longer active.
When you first upgraded, your contact tier allowed up to 4,500 billable contacts, which was priced at $75/month under the discounted quarterly plan. However, we noticed your billable contacts have now increased to 4,510, which has placed your account into the $80/month tier. This change, combined with the shift to a monthly plan, explains the difference in your most recent charge.
Our senior billing specialist has already reached out to you to provide a more detailed explanation and offer a personalized plan based on your needs. Please check your in-app messages or email for further details.

As someone who has never run a product-based business or ecommerce before, the past five months have been a massive learning curve for me, and the number of things I don't know seems to grow daily. I am so appreciative of Omnisend as a result, because of the free plan (so that you're not bleeding money when you're still getting set up and started), the integrated reviews app (which connects to the email flows, and yet again saves me from bleeding money when I'm not marketing or making sales yet), and the kind customer support. I've had several questions while I've been setting up flows, forms, and reviews, and the team have been patient, polite, and responsive. They even emailed when I didn't reply to the chat to check whether I still needed help. I've especially appreciated their patience with what would probably be considered stupid questions. I'm still new to Omnisend, but I've had a very positive experience so far.
Updating as it's five months now, and I had a problem with my DMARC and DKIM that wasted two days and had me in tears. Within five minutes of reaching out to the support team, the excellent Mathias had diagnosed and solved the problem, and I so appreciate the prompt support and kindness of the team in every interaction.
Kayque was very helpful and guided me thru changing my email. It was a complicated processs I didn't understand and his guidance was most appreciated.
