Used it ans is very useful, specially the live view of the store, couldn’t find a similar feature elsewhere..
While the app is fantastic, what sets it apart from the rest of what we've tried/used is the customer service. Anytime I need a hand with anything whatsoever, someone to help is just minutes away. I also have an awesome rep, Danielle Heck, who helps us weekly with everything from a business overview, technical troubleshooting, new tips and tricks, features, etc. Hands down, great decision.
The Omnisend is simple yet functional and the support is exceptional. They respond my inquiries quickly and if anything was not solved, they provide us with the solution later for sure. Thank you.

I really loved to use this App, it is very user friendly, very oriented to make our life easier avoiding the struggle understating the tools (Love the User Interface and User experience), very straight forward without spending so much time trying to understand all the logic behind, something to help you do it quick and effective without losing half of your day! After several months of trying to adapt this platform, it's not a very user friendly or data capable. We couldn't send out a mass email for Black Friday without getting the entire account suspended. After cleaning it the first time, I was instructed to do it even again for another 300 person email. Omnisend claims my contact bounce back was two high. May branding and marketing company wanted to use mailchimp, I should have taken their advice. Customer service is slow and lacks detailed instructions. We were told to download and pay for other email cleaning services before letting us turn our account back on. Not a good system and not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews. It's a headache. What paid service cancels an account and gives you a link and some instructions and leaves them to figure it out on their own?

There were some old email contacts on your list that no longer exist, so we had to pause the sending to protect your sender reputation. Approx. 30% of emails go bad in just one year, so regular list cleaning is a must to maintain a good sender reputation among the different inbox providers - Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook. The best approach is to check the contact list with Mailgun, Neverbounce, or any other similar service and permanently delete the old contacts.

I built my first e-mail marketing campaign with Soundest, and it was relatively easy. The interface is easy to understand and the design themes are professional. I'm very pleased with the end result.
We're still figuring things out, but so far so good! The interface is similar to MailChimp so the transition has been seamless thus far.
Good app for a good price.
Support was also quick and helpful. I got stuck setting up some stuff and Olesia was quick to fix everything.
