I was having an issue with verifying my DNS, so I contacted them by simply replying to one of their emails and Kayque quickly responded and assisted me with solving my issue. I was able to get everything up and running smoothly with no issues. I have been using omnisend for almost 4 years now and I love this company. Customer service is top tier, pricing is good and I am a satisfied client.

Sanya has been a big help in assisting me with setting up SMS. I am totally new to the SMS marketing world and was very confused and losing hope that I wouldn't have been able to get it to work. Saleh was the best! he was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I haven't experienced anyone help out quite as much as Saleh did. He 100% needs to be recognized for this as he saved omnisend a customer since we were exploring other options to find what we needed. Saleh let me know that I can get it done with omnisend.
