Salma was super helpful! Yet another positive support experience from Omnisend support. I wish every large company had such responsive tech support.

One thing I have to say about this app is that they have great customer support! Being new to setting up auto emails Diego was sooo responsive (even on a Saturday night) with any problems questions that I had and then was VERY impressive with follow ups! Even if an app is great if you cant get in touch with customer service than it can be a frustrating experience...especially for small biz owners like us who wear so many hats and have little time!

J'ai contacté l'équipe support après avoir installé l'application pour des questions et le paramétrage de notre adresse d'envoi. Kristina de l'équipe support était disponible, très réactive et a su répondre à mes questions de manière très complète. Le support à l'air top alors je recommande.

Salma did amazing with helping me when I changed emails and couldn't access my old one to verify the change in ownership. I am very happy with the customer support I received and highly reccomend this to any small business owner
