I have been using Omnisend for a number of years now. I send out a newsletter once every 2 weeks and I have a couple of automations running as well. I don't always find the interface the most intuitive but by using the chat service on a couple of occasions I always get back on track.
Today I specifically want to highlight the chat service and the help I received from Saleh, who, despite being very busy, took the time to:
1. explain why he may be slower than usual to respond (and apologised ofr it more than once)
2. supply me with a link to help answer my initial query
3. respond with comprehensive and detailed answers to my fairly elaborate follow up questions (not the type of questions you want to receive when you are very busy!)
As a result, I know what my options are and again can get back on track.

Saleh was the best! he was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I haven't experienced anyone help out quite as much as Saleh did. He 100% needs to be recognized for this as he saved omnisend a customer since we were exploring other options to find what we needed. Saleh let me know that I can get it done with omnisend.

Kayque has been very helpful, im not very savvy when it comes to online marketing and the back end of my website, but he was able to assist me step by step to get what I needed done.

Omnisend has been a great pal to all the stores I have created so far and also the ones I will create in the future.
It simply has all the features you would want to need, and the price is reasonably firm, unlike other competitors who might pump a little more for the same things.
One thing is for sure though, I'm really happy with the chat support, which always offers me good solutions to solve my problems, plus, is available at almost any time. A special mention to Didem who assisted me in my most recent case and who convinced me to write this positive review. Thank you :)

I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been great. I have used a few different email automation apps in the past, and they were clunky to work with or didn't have the features I needed.
Today, I was trying to do something with my audience segments and couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to the customer service chat for help, not really expecting to get more than what I found in the troubleshooting articles.
But I was pleasantly surprised!
Kayque was incredibly patient while helping me figure out some logistics when it came to sign-up forms and audience segments. In the end, we were able to find a resolution for my inquiry. He answered all my questions and didn't quit until we figured it out together. I appreciate his determination to ensure I had all the info I needed to achieve my goal.
