Great app and great service, but their pricing keeps going up and up and they keep changing what you get with each package which is absolutely redicilous and where I come from is probably illegal. I will be closing my account in january

Update: Paulius, Customer Success Manage got in contact with me and explained that since I asked for a refund the next day I can actually get one. I have updated to 3 stars since Paulius restored my faith in soundest and made me reconsider maybe giving them another shot later. If the things I mentioned are fixed I will also consider giving the full 5 stars since overall the app has very nice ...

Some features are great like the discount function integrating directly into Shopify discounts. Other features are not so good. I cant set up automation which is very important for our store so we switched. Would reconsider if more features are added.

After using this for a while we decided to delete the app

Some support team is great in understanding your questions then address them directly, most others do not have a clue - they kept sending emails asking for more information which is already provided

The WYSWYG editor interface is kind of simple to use but lack some interesting features. Customisation is also a bit restricted.

Really easy to use and navigate, however would be great if the emails from campaigns wouldn't end up in spam...

Nice workflow. However, I struggled with coupon codes and I am not sure I have done it right.

i am just got started with this so i have to come back and give a better review once i see how it work for my business
