Very easy to use and find what I am looking for around app. Not over complicated at all!
Great app ! Helped me a lot on e-mail marketing
Complicated to get started, hidden integration with Shopify so it does not show in your app store like other apps. It interfered with my current set up without me approving any changes. There is no quick and easy direct help - just a knowledge base.

Emailビルダーについて不明点があったため、チャットで問い合わせたところ、Olesiaさんに迅速に対応いただけました。ディスカウント機能で発行するクーポンを、特定のユーザー専用にすることができない点は残念でしたが、その他の機能についてはサポート含め満足しています。
I am loving it so far! I have not gone though all of its features yet but look forward to using it to help our team grow our business!

Great app! Easy to use and navigate! Love the design, and the fact that is free it's amazing! Recommend it to anyone who needs to send emails!
I added this app to my Shopify after trying multiple email marketing apps. None compared to Omnisend. It's much easier than MailChimp in my opinion.
