I like Omnisend! It's reliable and most of all I love the insight of the "Live view", which used to be way more comprehensive and better, but it's still a good feature!!

Moved from klaviyo to OmniSend after it was recommended to me. I was a bit nervous in doing so… but with the excellent customer service, fast and knowledgeable help, the transition was seamless. The guys at OmniSend deserve this 5-Star review and more. They even checked in on my account to make sure everything was running smoothly and found a hiccup. As soon as this was fixed, orders from my flows started coming in. Very happy and highly recommend OmniSend

The app is very easy to use, lots of options, even if you are not experienced with making newsletters, you will be able to learn how to make the most fabulous newsletter campaigns.
The customer service chat is very supportive. I have contacted them so many times because I was not familiar with so many things and didn't know what to do, but they have always been very patient and supportive. Thank you Mariia for your kind assistance and excellent advice.

I have to say Dilara is by far the best. She's available and she clearly knows what she's doing. She helped me with some serious issues I had on my automations settings. She's still assisting me with other minor issues, but I'm confident we will fix all of them pretty smoothly.

This is what I call customer service at its best, EXCELLENT Support via chat app with Didem. She helped me solve a problem with ease. She explained and guided me through the whole process in no time.

Great support - didn't need it for any issue with the software just to check over an automation I had setup to make sure it was correct. They went above and beyond to help me fix an issue I had with it and get it working.
I'd say this is really great value for what you get.

I have tried multiple email services, but this one so far is the best customer support, and I love that it includes SMS. It integrates easily, and the features are awesome. I used to have multiple apps for various features I wanted on my website, but this one has everything. Customizing is also simple, and scheduling is easy, which is one thing I was looking for!

The transition onto omnisend was spectacular. Omnisend overall is a great program to use and allowed me to delete 3 apps that were all running in my store. The customer service is great!
