I have used Omnisend since 2019, which I switched due to an incentivized offer for MailChimp users (as Mailchimp was no longer integrating with Shopify at that time). I've had a few issues along the way that were challenging to fix due to an unhelpful support team. There seems to be more of a focus on smiley faces and emojis in support chats then actual assistance. I had an issue this week that revealed our forms had suddenly stopped working at some point, and new subscribers were not captured for quite some time, which has meant lost revenue and a lot of stress on my end. There was no assistance from the support team, they just passed the buck stating it was a theme issue. Everything had been working for months up to that point, and had been confirmed to work by one of their support team members earlier this year. This week I was told that team member confirmed 'integration' but not 'functionality'. Thanks for nothing. I've switched to Klayvio.

This app makes it easy and wonderful to create and edit templates to send to a lists of potential customers and actual customers. I really do appreciate the existence of this app. Thanks A Bunch !!

I used this app for my email marketing, very fantastic and easy to use. Will like to recommend it for people who wants a simple, elegant and powerful email marketing app.

I am not that savvy with these things, but this app makes everything so easy and convenient!

Really good app, I have been using it for one year and I can definitely say it is way better than Mailchimp. Many options to choose from and very good, detailed insights.
The only thing it could be improved is the customer service though. At times you have to wait long before an agent takes on the conversation. I had to also explain my issue several times when agents switched as their shift was over and it is pretty frustrating when you need your problem to be solved as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, I recommend this app.

I Paused my store and relaunched under an entirely different brand. The app no longer tracks all visitor activity, just selective activity of returning/ known customers. In that sense, its not helpful in antialiasing product potential or begin able to dispute if an information page(return and shipment policies)was viewed. Uninstalling and will continue to look for an app that that tracks all activity on the site

FIRST TIME USING THIS WAS A BREEZE. LOVE THE APP AND CANT WAIT TO MAKE MORE NICE EMAIL CAMPAIGNS! 100% WONDERFUL

We switched from Mailchimp to Omnisend about 2 years ago becuase we wanted better analytics, integration and segmentation, and design capabilities for a reasonable price. Omnisend offers all of this, at a much more reasonable price than major competitors I researched. We get a fantastic click through and open rate with Omnisend, and their customer support is great. Nikola was very helpful to me yesterday when I had queries about the new email designer, along with being super friendly and polite.

Have been using mailchimp for a decade but the omnisend is that good that we are now switching over to them. Just a better software seems like so far. 5 stars.

Really enjoy this app. It is make things I thought were too complicated for me easy and doable! It is very intuitive, reliable, and is saving me from hiring someone to do this.
