Ran into a hiccup setting up a workflow for custom discount codes (in which subscribers weren't receiving an email with a promo code after signing up). Reached out to support and enter the incredible Luiz who got us sorted out immediately! (Thank you, Luiz!) I must also add that customer support for this app, in general, is stellar — they're quick to respond thoughtfully and oh-so-friendly while providing relevant help. See ya MailChimp, there's a new kid in town.

Very easy to use E-mail Marketing app. This is one of the easiest ones to use and is an all-in-one solution! No more needing to sync different contact lists! Hurrah for Omnisend!
