So far, excellent. I'm not particularly techie, especially when it comes to email campaigns but I am managing to get set up. The platform is full of useful features and the customer service is second to none. Shout out to Agustin, who willingly helped me through an issue that had most likely been caused by me in the first place. Looking forward to getting more granular with a personalised approach which Ominsend is clearly capable of. Thank you, Agustin and the team.
March 23: Additional shout out to Matija who was super quick on a technical query which was handled swiftly and thoroughly. Importantly the instructions given were easy for me to understand too - after spending so much time researching various campaign platforms - now I am thinking, why would you not choose Omnisend

The app is user friendly. I downloaded the app and created my first company and was able to send my first Marketing advertising email to my subscribers in less than an hour. What I liked most is I can select items directly from my online store. I don't need to download and upload pics.
Amazing. Very easy and convenient! It has email and SMS. Also facebook and many other things. I love it.
Program is easy to use. It is packed with great features. The chat support is accessible and helpful.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Do not Download this app. Just use shopify email system.

There were some old contact emails on your list that no longer exist, so we had to pause the sending to protect your sender reputation. Approx. 30% of emails go bad in just one year, so regular list cleaning is a must to maintain a good sender reputation among the different inbox providers, Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook. We can now see that you unsubscribed some old contacts, so we resumed the sending for you.
We apologize that your experience with customer service was upsetting. We truly hope you can give us another chance. Just get back to Xenia, and she will explain to you how you can benefit from the variety of great Omnisend features, such as omnichannel automation messages, SMS campaigns, segmentation, and more that you still did not get a chance to try out.
This app is great for email marketing. It's not spammy like other apps and doesn't prompt you to set up multiple different campaigns. This is simple and effective.
Absolutely loving Omni Send! We recently switched from another provider and couldn't be more pleased with the decision. The user experience is fabulous and the support is second to none. There has been a few kinks getting the ball rolling which is natural when migrating and the team have been nothing but supportive. Special thanks to Matija who has been very helpful, communicative and delivers top class customer support!
Very easy to set the newsletter! I love the simple yet effective templates and how lovely is to pick up the products directly from the shop!
