So many bugs in their system. You have to be sure and test every single thing that you automate. Whether it be popups or e-mails, I have found multiple things that make my site/e-mails look unprofessional and when trying to resolve I end up spinning my wheels with them e-mail after e-mail. I am so bummed, because I spent all week merging from Mailchimp to Omnisend and at this point I am not satisfied. Just a heads up to you all -- fact check EVERYTHING multiple times to be sure it works.

We are planning to hold onboarding webinars, to help customers set up their accounts easier, we will be happy to invite you once the next webinar is scheduled. I've just made the switch from Mailchimp, and I've only sent one email so far with Omnisend, but I love the templates and creative options available. So easy to customize, and immediately looks professional. I'm excited to dig in further to create interactive birthday emails for my subscribers and explore all of the options Omnisend has to offer!

Absolutely loved the app! Very professional looking and easy to use!
The last 3 months my cost has gone from $63 to $160 and now $266.
The last month, they upgraded me to PRO without me asking anything so that I would pay $266 instead of $105.
I never had the need for a PRO plan !
These are absolutely dishonest methods. They took advantage of me thinking I would not pay attention and stole my money.
I asked for . a refund and they basically refused !
