The customer service is the best, quick and always efficient. Matija is the best and follows up closely. Very happy overall!

We absolutely love Omnisend. They have a wide range of capabilities that allows our store to connect with our audience, make different offers to them with a highly intuitive email builder, and be able to market through outside app integrations easily. Omnisend has been a great tool for doing all of my email marketing campaigns and I love all of the reports. It's so easy to use that I just upgraded my plan. I did stumble with an issue, but Customer Service Rep Andrés provided great insight and helped me solve it! Grateful for the chat feature and how quickly he was able to help me with the problem.
