Great support. Plenty of detailed how-to tutorials on their site if you're unsure on how to do something, plus anything that isn't covered is quickly answered by their support team through the online chat. Integration with Shopify work's seamlessly. Cost of the plan isn't the cheapest out there, but pays for itself and then some.

Omnisend was recommended to me by a biz coach and I've had great results using it in terms of high deliverability and open rates as well as sales from emails.
