Omnisend is the best email marketing software I have ever used, its easy of use and compatibility with shopify stores make it a breeze to send those weekly emails and it has fantastic automations to put abandoned carts and customer retention on autopilot. Thank you!

great app. they've really upgraded over the past few years. I feel its right on par with Klaviyo. Best of all, the customer service is outstanding which is why i think it stands above Klaviyo. great features, great service and the pricing tiers are much more affordable for everyone whether your just starting out or an ecommerce vet. The interface is also much more beginner friendly which is why i was drawn to it in the first place.

If anything happens in life that takes you away from your store and omnisend for more than 6 months, they delete everything. Every campaign along with every email you've acquired. I used omnisend for about 9 years and loved it until life got in the way and they deleted all of my hard work and contacts. I do not recommend using their marketing services.

We completely understand how important your email list and campaigns were to your business, and we regret that the loss of this data added stress during an already difficult time.
Omnisend automatically deletes accounts that remain inactive for over 6 months, in line with our data retention policy. We do send multiple reminder emails during this period to help avoid unintended deletions, but we fully recognize that important messages can be missed—especially when life gets overwhelming.
We genuinely value the trust you placed in us over the years, and while we unfortunately cannot recover deleted data, your feedback is being shared internally as we continue to evaluate how we support long-time users during periods of inactivity.
If you ever decide to return, we’d be more than happy to assist with rebuilding your account and support you every step of the way.

I've used this app for email for many years and it's brilliant. A comprehensive addition to your marketing arsenal with fantastic support and the latest features which keep up with this crazy AI world we now live in. The tutorials (video and articles) cover everything! Love this one.

Absolutely love using Omnisend. I have used Klavio and Mailchimp before, but with being a full-time artist, this has been the simplest and most effective email host that I've used. Love it!

Use Omnisend and Grid & Pixel (App ) in combo- makes life so much easier for solo small business owners with no marketing backgrounds !! Totally worth it! Can send amazing first class emails in under 5 minutes!

Honestly, this probably one of the best newsletter programs I have used. And whenever I encounter a problem, their support team is on it and resolves it quickly. Saleh is one of their support staff, and was quick to respond, check out the issue, and resolve it. Thank you, Saleh, and Omnisend.
