Just starting but looks good so far. I like that there's so many features in one app.
Support via chat was nice and quick.

Super easy to create and send newsletter. I do not send newsletter often but my first campaign with Soundest just went out and it wasn't as time consuming as I expected it to be.

Changed from Mailchimp, but Omnisend made it really easy and the templates are extremely elegant and clean.
