Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Omnisend is a top app with a very user-friendly platform and Yuliia provided excellent customer support!

I have tested a lot of email platforms in the last several months, and Omnisend is really a step above the rest. From the ease of set up, integration with Shopify, and building automations and campaigns, this has been just what I was looking for in a system.

I think Omnisend is the generally best ESP app based on price and performance. And the customer service is outstanding compared to other popular choices. At least if you are sending SMS as well. However to get 5 stars I am missing (by importance):

1. Ability to choose collections in automatic recommender. In order to automate without being extremely repetetive or irrelevant I need to insert different content.

2. Automations by the day of the week (weekly newsletters). So I can send a "this weeks bestsellers" each friday etc

3. Signup forms that recognise if user is a subscriber - When collecting subscribers is the main point, it makes littles sense not to be able to excluded already subscribed customers from getting popups. I have to have another app for this :(

Anyway, thanks for a great app!

I've tried 3 other e-mail apps on here and this by far is the easiest. Shows that the most popular apps aren't always the best.

Our new Shopify website desperately needed a good Newsletter, when we looked at other third party products it was just a lot of work and hassle just to get a newsletter out. Soundest is a simple, clean and free solution. It is easy to install, simple enough to understand / use and most importantly it's integration with the store makes it a great product. Products move fast in FAST fashion so the whole drag and drop thing allows us to develop fast and mail fast!

I decided to try this app for e-mail marketing. Just launched my first campaign. The app was very easy to use and worked seamlessly with Shopify.

Great app, use a lot and everything works as it should. Has a lot of functions and integrations with other apps. At the beggining need some time to get familiar but then you will love it. Also support is very fast and superior. Very satisfied customer.
