Just sent my first email campaign. Still need some more practice but over all found it to be user friendly .
Such an easy to use app, you will literally be guided every step of the way and you can even preview the template created before sending emails out.

I love this app. The design of the email is beautiful. It's easy to add subscribers and they allow you to send out free emails every month.
So far so good. Easy and was able to create a malier in minutes. love the product picker
Really like Omnisend. Everything is integrated and the newsletter templates are very stylish. It's a step up from the other apps on the marketplace.
I use this app to provide a sign-up box on my website, to send email blasts, and to send a sequence of abandoned cart emails. It allows you to segment your audience and even connects to Facebook to create custom audiences/lookalike audiences based on your subscriber list. I haven't had any trouble with the app and cannot recommend it enough. I've been using it for about two years on the paid version (not pro).

Buyer beware!!! Product is good but pricey AND you can only cancel your subscription via their live chat which they rarely support or have anyone on. I've tried to cancel our subscription several times over their live chat (as they require it that way) but they've never responded. Now we have to refute the charges with my credit card company.
This is a great app. It has all the email marketing tools i need to try and promote my store. Thanks!
Everything is working as excepted thus far. I had problems with my sender domain but Bassma, Nada, and the team made sure I wasn't left alone. Great customer support.
I love the product, and they could have made more money from me if i stayed. But their customer service suck and just getting a refund for services for services i won't use is a nightmare. They said they cannot give a refund because my payment was already processed. When i complained and told them easy to issue a refund (i am also business owner) , and i can easily do a refund by a click of a button, they finally gave a refund ... BUT with a $10 processing. Such a bunch of bozos and cheapskates. NOT RECOMMENDED .
Update 12/19: Paulius contacted me saying that since i am requesting to refund my money, they have to be COMPENSATED for it. You are definitely going to be charged nickel and dimes for this service so i suggest staying away. Also he also wanted me to remove the negative feedback in exchange to give back my $10. Such bad business practice. Just a suggestion Soundest Team, use my $10, and buy a Customer Service book. You definitely need it.
