The setup of Omnisend was very easy and I am not a techy person. I had some trouble testing the Double Opt In feature so I reached out to Omnisend support. Kristina was quick to respond and so helpful. She tested end to end and sent screenshot confirmation that the feature was working. Each email exchange was very quick with very little wait time and Kristina was so plesant and professional.

App is super easy to use. It does exactly what it says. It does a lot of work I don't have to do. Super easy!
