Their Support is NOT good. I have more than one account. EVERY support question I ask takes about 2 days to get a reply to, and the reply is ALWAYS the question I asked reworded. So they NEVER give an answer, they just reply with your same question. So answering a support question with another question is not support.

Questa app è fantastica! Ne ho provate tante, ma resta la migliore. Si collega benissimo a Shopify, le automazioni funzionano e sono molto fluide, non è difficile da usare. Il servizio clienti super disponibile h24 e super veloci a capire il problema. Grazie Kayque per aver risolto tutto e per avermi indirizzata step by step alla risoluzione, anche alle 11 di sera. We switched to Omnisend about 6 months ago in order to integrate our sales site with our email platform, and it's made an incredible difference. The ability to see direct sales from each email we send and develop a strategy from these results has been very impactful. The support team is always very responsive, helpful, kind, and communicative. There have been recent reporting & platform enhancements, which have been awesome! I still feel that there's room for improvement on the reporting and capabilities side, but am hopeful that these will be implemented due to how often they push new releases!
Excellent app, with live view that is very important to be able to track customer performance on the online store.
