Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

I just got this app a couple of days ago. So far it works great. I had some issues with installation at the beginning. Paulius helped me to install it. He replied to all my e-mails and at the end just fixed it all by himself :-) Nice app and great customer service.

I love the ease of use and execution. I would recommend this app to any business beginning the process of engaging their clients.

This app is fairly easy to use and has a number of standard templates that you can just work with. However the colour scheme and the font may not be the best but does the job for retargeting.

I used this app to do email marketing. it was sort of easy to do. I hope it brings the results needed. it seems to be a good app.

I just had to switch from MailChimp to another server and was really nervous. I've loved everything about Omnisend and tbh, I think it's even better than MC! Thankful for this service and everything it's provided for my company thus far.

I had an issue with the billing : i have added some subscribers (4500) to test the tool for a campaign and then i didn't deleted it. I was charged 60 usd / month for 3 months before realizing i didn't used the service i was paying for. The customer service helped me delete the old subscribers (that i no longer needed) and refunded me for the 3 months overpaid. The app is good for marketing automation.
