Great customer service and is an easy app to use and operate with a quick drag and drop to customize your own email. Or you can choose from lots of other templates that are pre-made.

Works brilliantly, we have been using Omnisend for a few years now and it has always worked very well for us giving great analytics and excellent integration with Shopify.

Their customer service is very quick and super helpful to resolve our issues, we will continue to use them for a long time to come!

I have used many Email Marketing Plugins-Apps, like Mailchimp for years, to me Omnisend is the best.
They have very good Email Creator, Great Automations and it's Super Easy to Use.
Their Support team is always fast at replying.

Good app for email marketing, no complaints about the features and functionality. Deniz from support was a great help answering all the questions we had.

I've been using Omnisend since 2019 for my Shopify stores and have been pleased with their service. There have been a few hiccups along the way through the 4 years, but overall I am happy! I've tried several other email marketing services but always came back to Omnisend. Eventually moving all my stores over! Their team has been very attentive, caring and constantly improving their product. I find their pricing to be fair for all that they offer. Whenever I need help or have any questions, I'm able to reach them through their chat box. They always respond to me within minutes to a few hours, and my queries are addressed quickly. I think they've become even faster the past year or so. Especially with a query I had this past week. Yuliia helped me to resolve it in less than 24 hours. I look forward to seeing how Omnisend continues to grow and improve. I hope they give their major competitor which starts with a K, a run for their money. :)

We really wanted to have a birthday field to the newsletter registration form. I spent days looking for a good email marketing app, tried 3 of them and I am very happy that we decided on Omnisend. It's been a few weeks now (I don't write a quick review on the day I install an app). The support team has been amazing on top of all the functions we need. It's been 3 years since my first review. Still very happy with this app and the support team is just wonderful. Sanya today was quick and super helpful with clear answers just as great as the last time she helped me.

Still very happy. Had an issue with our domain/hosting server transfer but Sanya again and everyone else from the support team was very patient and helpful.
