I looked at several email marketing apps and decided that Omnisend had the most features for the price was the most user friendly of the ones I looked at in my opinion. That was really important to me as is what kind of support the company offers. I recently needed some help with an issue I was having and Karine in support was both courteous and knowledgeable as well as patient. My computereze isn't that great but she managed to figure out what I was trying to explain to her and helped me fix it in no time. I would definitely recommend the Omnisend app.
Karine was super quick and helpful to resolve some issue we were having with the new email rules. We needed to get out an email campaign that day and had the issue resolved within minutes. Perfect customer service.
Their customer service is exceptional - very fast, attentive, and kind (I had Beran helping me). There are lots of services and platforms out there but it's hard to get a good customer service these days. So I do appreciate them.
Great email marketing program. I've used Constant Contact for years, there is a learning curve. It takes doing and doing, like life!!!

Karine helped us troubleshoot our first campaign, even provided step to step instruction on how to fix discount block, very quick response. I have used this email service for over 4 years and it is SO user friendly. The customer service is also TOP NOTCH. I'm not very computer literate, so when something needs to be programmed, I need to be walked through like a baby. Recently, Didem was INSANELY patient as they walked me step by step with updating my domain. They were AMAZING!!
