I actually might be digging this one more than any other application I tried for email campaigns. I love that it has the abandon cart option! Had my first abandoned cart and I am hoping this will fix that in the future :D

NIGHTMARE!! The prices don't get updated automatically to the changes in the product prices. Every time I am running a sale, I have to go through every single template in the automation and campaigns and basically delete and add again the products, what a waste of time! My customers kept getting emails with incorrect prices. That's the main issue but there are so many others too, such as if you edit the booster campaign, you no longer can send it only to people who didn't open the email again (you'll have to create a new segment just for this campaign)!!! Another one is when you add a discount code, the product prices don't reflect the prices after that promo code that is included in the email (you have to manually enter the before and after prices!!). Another one, the countdown timer can only be added to some templates and only a few popup forms, they're not part of the components that can be added everywhere. I can go on and on about how useless and time-wasteful this app is. What's worse, when I contact support to at least give my feedback in the hope they can improve instead of me leaving this 2-star review, their response is defensive without reasoning instead of actually accepting feedback. I can't wait to switch back to other apps that work way better once this holiday season is over. What's on with all the 5-star reviews? Most probably stores that have no idea what other email marketing apps can offer...

Migrating from Klaviyo (which we have been using for a looong time) after carefully evaluating both services. We are so happy with the journey so far. The design and structure of the emails feels much more up to date and once you get used to the differences creating emails is so much more intuitive. The customer support is outstanding - super quick, understandable and responses on point. Must also mention Deniz who apart from providing accurate help also went that extra mile to check that everything turned out well. Beyond pleased.

After using this for a while we decided to delete the app

Some support team is great in understanding your questions then address them directly, most others do not have a clue - they kept sending emails asking for more information which is already provided

I would recommend Omnisend because it is modern looking and user friendly. It's not perfect. Somethings are hard to work out but the support is great. They respond quickly and help you for as long as you need it.

Great app, however can be a bit expensive considering other apps do the same thing for free. But it is very handy and I enjoy using it.

One thing I’d like to see is,

When I create a campaign it is a real pain to have to put the links to all my social media every single time I make a campaign. It would be so helpfu if this was applied to every campaign automatically

Omnisend has been a fantastic app in our transition from a different email marketing app! Andrés from Customer Support was prompt and so helpful in setting up automations similar to our former platform so that no triggers were missed. Highly recommend this app!
