Have been a user of Omnisend for about a year now and it's simply the best email marketing app. What makes it even better is their efficient customer service team. I recently had a chat with Deniz (deniz.i@omnisend.com) about an issue I was facing with videos and gifs and he came through as a saviour. He went to the extent of agreeing to have a look at a reference newsletter I had and then proceeded to make a loom video explaining every step of how to make it! Even friends don't help out that much. So thankful for all the help!
We encountered an issue with our account and received prompt and thorough help from Agustin & Salma. Thanks to their help, we were able to send out our email on time, and not miss a beat! Thank you!
