I’ve been using Omnisend for my Shopify store since mid-2023, scaling my business and upgrading my plans as we grew. Like any complex software, there are occasional technical hiccups or features you wish worked slightly differently, but what truly sets Omnisend apart is their phenomenal customer support.

Recently, I had some complex concerns regarding my account, UI, and some specific workflows. Instead of giving me generic copy-paste replies, the support team (huge shoutout to Mariia, Eduarda, Kayque, and Emna!) actually listened, escalated my case, and worked with me to find a solution that proved they genuinely value long-term, loyal customers.

The automations are powerful, the email builder does the job, but knowing there are real, empathetic humans behind the chat who care about your business makes all the difference. Highly recommended for any serious e-commerce brand that wants a partner, not just a tool.

The best platform EVER! I have been using Omnisend for a number fo years now and I have always been so impressed with the platform. When I have experienced a little issue (which has been probably once in this time I have been using the platform) they have been incredibly helpful in getting it resolved for me.
