Omniva shipping

Absolutely terrible app and an even worse customer support experience. This is honestly one of the most frustrating Shopify apps I have ever had to deal with. Nothing works properly when you actually need it. The app constantly has problems, disappears, fails to load, and basic shipping functions that should take seconds become a complete nightmare.

We have wasted hours trying to get this thing working, refreshing, reinstalling, and troubleshooting issues that should never exist in the first place. And when you contact Omniva support, you get absolutely nowhere. They either don't understand the problem, give useless answers, or simply blame something else instead of actually fixing their broken system.

How can a shipping company provide an app this unreliable? We run a real store with real customers and real shipments. We cannot afford an integration that randomly stops working and support that cannot resolve basic technical problems.

Extremely disappointing. Avoid this app if you can. The Shopify integration desperately needs proper development, testing, and competent technical support. This is nowhere near the quality you would expect from a serious shipping company. 0/10

Simply not working

Dear Omniva IT Department,

Please change the developer for the Shopify Omniva plugin.

During high traffic periods on the Shopify e-store, the plugin fails to generate addresses and shows an error to customers.
Entering the same address multiple times (5-6) results in errors.
Today, the app displayed the message: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner, check the logs for more information."
These issues are severely impacting Valensnutri.com's business, leading to frustrated customers and lost sales. Immediate action is required to resolve these problems.

Very bad, we were forced to update to this version of the application, and it is just straight up not working. Not talking about design and UX choices, those are horrible in their own league (After label generation you need to select "generated" to print label for the order, instead of label being opened after generation...) We are not even able to download generated labels, you press the button, and that's it, you can see in "Network" tab that some stuff is being fetched from their API, but that's it, no action ... Fix and iron out the application before forcing people to migrate ....

If the old version was not very user friendly, then this time it's even worse because the manual is the old one with one new sentence. Looks like everything was done in a rush and they haven't tested it themselves. Customer support reply to my question that there are errors was: Please check if you added Omniva API to your module settings. Wow. Not to mention that the user manual for using the app itself is the same set up manual. I consider myself a fairly techical person but their level of UI unfreindliness is just unseen... It's a shame because they deliver fast. Considering to switch to another service.

Apple pay DOESN'T WORK when selecting pick up point. Please fix ASAP

3 times tried to setup first steps and after adding all information, pricing and making all the setups, clicking "save" and getting back to "login page"

Not working at all. Just not logging it and that's it.
