3 times tried to setup first steps and after adding all information, pricing and making all the setups, clicking "save" and getting back to "login page"
Dear Omniva IT Department,
Please change the developer for the Shopify Omniva plugin.
During high traffic periods on the Shopify e-store, the plugin fails to generate addresses and shows an error to customers.
Entering the same address multiple times (5-6) results in errors.
Today, the app displayed the message: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner, check the logs for more information."
These issues are severely impacting Valensnutri.com's business, leading to frustrated customers and lost sales. Immediate action is required to resolve these problems.

App was working, then not working anymore for a while as they were updating it. Then working again with a new unfriendly interface.
Broken again for a time forcing us to contact clients to ask delivery pakomat prefered.

It feels not to serious. The only reason we use it in baltic region is because of its wide use there. But a bit of a pain to work with this app.
Not working at all. Just not logging it and that's it.

App not generating labels, duplicating orders, errors when editing and saving. The old app at least was working. This is unacceptable because we have 1000+ orders each month and we can't just manually create all orders.
If the old version was not very user friendly, then this time it's even worse because the manual is the old one with one new sentence. Looks like everything was done in a rush and they haven't tested it themselves. Customer support reply to my question that there are errors was: Please check if you added Omniva API to your module settings. Wow. Not to mention that the user manual for using the app itself is the same set up manual. I consider myself a fairly techical person but their level of UI unfreindliness is just unseen... It's a shame because they deliver fast. Considering to switch to another service.
Very bad, we were forced to update to this version of the application, and it is just straight up not working. Not talking about design and UX choices, those are horrible in their own league (After label generation you need to select "generated" to print label for the order, instead of label being opened after generation...) We are not even able to download generated labels, you press the button, and that's it, you can see in "Network" tab that some stuff is being fetched from their API, but that's it, no action ... Fix and iron out the application before forcing people to migrate ....
