I have a love/hate relationship with this app. It is the only app I can find that does what I need. It has the potential to be a very powerful app, but it really struggles to capitalize.

Pros:
- It is free when used only with Trade Me
- Its core functions work
- It can import product metafields and use them (with some difficulty - template validation needs better documenation)
- It saves an immense amount of time vs manually listing products

Cons:
- User interface is poorly designed and outdated. Needs a complete rebuild using modern front-end techniques.
- Very rudimentary templating system that often falls just short of what you want to achieve.
- Many missing features, requiring complex workarounds to be set up
- Documentation is not complete and not always up to date.
- $75USD a month (+ commission) for the full plan is waaaay too expensive given the state of the UI and the lackluster feature set.

Thank you for being a valuable customer and we appreciate the time taken to comment. I'm glad you've found our app saves you time. We appreciate the comments on our user interface, we are in the process of refreshing and you will see the changes rolled out over the coming months.
Regarding our fee, this is extremely competitive for an app that provides access to so many marketplaces. Unlike others we don't charge an additional app fee if you want to add a marketplace. We have a team of local developers working on an extensive roadmap of new features for our customers and this would not be possible without the fees we have. If it's ok with you, we'd like to reach out to understand the features that are of particular use to you and the areas of the user interface you find challenging so that we can improve.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Totally user-unfriendly, overpriced for what it does and in my eyes 20 years out of date. Had this app for almost a year now and definitely do not recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Ryan. Any problems I have had in the setup have easily been sorted out

I had a lot of problems with this app. I had to have a lot of help to get started with Trade Me and I was never able to get onto eBay.
A total waste of money! Please avoid

Wonderful application! I was able to set up multiple marketplaces and manage my orders with ease. Excellent customer service!! Would highly recommend to any business (large or small).

A great experience thus far. Yes there's a bit of a learning curve, however it is becoming increasingly easy to manage multiple channel feeds. There is room to improve, of course, but we are very happy. Customer support has been nothing short of amazing (5 stars there for sure!).

it looks like this is going to be their first Review.

Customer Support is okay, nothing special don't expect a reply for a few days and don't expect a clear answer only short one-liners to fob you off.

But the deal breaker is the way they charge fees and invoicing.

You will get an invoice in AUD only to be billed in USD so 1% of your total orders, if it was billed in AUD is okay but it's not you're slugged in USD via the Shopify.

This is very sneaky stay away

DO NOT install this app. This developer provides little to no support or service. IF you can get it to work it works fine BUT if you need any help dont expect any. 3 weeks Ive had unresolved support issues and all i keep hearing is "we will get back to you after we have dealt with other things". so i am uninstalling this app.

The team doesn't seem to care much about the customer concerns /questions, doesn't reply to email or phone. System is working so far, but would have been great if City Beach Software can answer customer questions.
