I have had this app for years but recently I started to notice my bills where alot higher than normal.
After looking into it they turned on Analytics without my permisson charging me extra $74.95 a month for quite sometime.
I didnt notice until recently when doing tax as I just pay my Shopify bill never looked at it.
When questioned them over it they tried to say I emailed them asked to turn it on which is not true when requested they show me the email they then said oh no someone from your team activated it.
As i am the only one that access the app that was not true as I never turned on the feature Dont have use for it being only go in the app when order is stuck.

Check your accounts with them and ongoing charges as they are sneaky.

I will be reaching out to Shopify to take action on turning this feature on without permission and obtaining funds without consent.

Update ........
I received an email from Omivore admitting they owed me and was refunding me $2,582.65 I recieved only $604.45 with the excuse there was limits on refunds they could send and that they still owed me $1978.20 and were asking Shopify to help them refund it and wanted me to change my feedback so others did not see it.

But they now have of course become unresponsive I have not heard from them, they have not responded to emails nor have I received what they admitted they owe.

I have been left with no choice to proceed with legal action and Shopify to help with what they have done.

These people can not be trusted ripped me off money and when caught offered to refund it then never did refund full amount.

special shout out to carlos and reece who helped intergrate something i thought was humanly impossible set up my kogan market place they were patient and went above and beyong to include simple thingls like recorded videos and screen shots and helped me navigate this space 5 stars all round
