Very happy with this app so far! Easy to set up and use, and integrates with native Shopify functionality such as customer/company accounts nicely. It's not the cheapest app, but IMO worth it for the features, quality, ease-of-use, clearly active development and quick response from the support team.
I am using this app for a B2B-only store that is open to the public. Anyone can sign up, but users are required to fill in the B2B application form offered by this app if they want to view pricing or place an order. Applications are reviewed for approval by our team using the app. I have customised the store theme to hide pricing/checkout/cart etc from non-B2B users (as far as I have found so far this is not a feature included in the app, perhaps an idea for the future but not sure if this is a common use case!)
I encountered a bug while settings things up, but the team was quick to respond and resolved it quickly as well.
Thank you for the excellent feedback! We do offer Storefront Lock and Checkout Lock features, but I'll ask our Customer Success team to reach out to learn more about your use case and the possibility of restricting access to certain Storefront components such as pricing.

This was the missing to B2B on Shopify. Shopify itself has a few quirks and needed enhancements but this app took care of so many issues that were causing lost time and inefficiencies. The support is great and walks through set up until you are ready to go live. They are extremely knowledgable about their app and just the overall operations of Shopify. Highly recommend Josiah and the team.

This app has significantly improved the user experience of our dedicated B2B store. It’s made the sign-up process far more automated and standardized—especially with the ability to save data directly to the company profile in Shopify. It’s also added valuable functionality for our customers to manage their company accounts, including permissions, addresses, and more.

The onboard app allows us to efficiently onboard B2B partners with all necessary information, customize our form, and their team worked with us to fit our needs exactly and ensure all of our automations worked to flow into other apps. So far, this is the exact tool we needed.

There is no native way for B2B customers to create an account, it has to be done manually, this app changes all of that. Responsive, smart and capable, if you only get one app for your B2B site it has to be this one.
Good value for money and support is top notch too.
