Extremely great system to help sync products in onbuy. It helps a lot to integrate the products and it is very easy to do it, once there is a problem they always have support available like Geetika to help , she is very patient and kind to help you sync the products. Really appreciate her time and assistance.
Absolutely dreadful. They cannot match the right products with the shopify site to the onbuy site. You end up spending much time trying to communicate with them to sort it out. I am going to leave them very soon if they do not resolve the matter. I have another feed company ready and waiting in the pipeline!
do not work, totally wasted time. not recommended!! only support the 10000skus, not products. means you could only feed a few listings.
they set a trap for you.
Price ads only support 10,000 SKUs, which means you can only offer a few products if your product has multiple variants.
In order to ask you to pay extra, they will import all your listings (some of which may not be intended to be available) into the app, and then your listings will exceed the limit. If you ask to remove unchecked listings, they ignore your request and make lots of excuses instead.
Very bad experience.
Easy to install and manage. The support team is good. They are easy to reach over the Chat option they have.
Very pleased with the help I got. I got quick solutions for everything and the communication was really good as well.
We used this for months and when we do have issues it been sorted had PC issues and had to reinstall app and will can not log in so we contacted customer service and had no answer from them. so we have now cancelled it

Excellent support and it looks like it does what it says on the tin. I now have all my listings & stock in FBA linked to Shopify & Onbuy.

We just started using the app, but until now we are really happy with how things went.
We are new to OnBuy and we wanted a solid connection from Shopify. We use CedCommerce for Fruugo and Amazon so it was a no brainer. Easy to hook up your account and great customer service.
Without help from Geetika I would still be trying to work out how to get my products listed on Onbuy.
She uploaded and profiled my items and was very efficient and friendly.
Fast support, good communication. they help by uploading all products and so safe time of the customer.
they Should Do more integrations with as many as possible marketplaces
Whilst it takes a little bit of configuration to get everything set-up and working well between Shopify and OnBuy, once set-up, this app does a great job of seamlessly syncing inventory and orders. I initially took the 7-day free trial but experienced some problems with configuration, but this was not a problem, they extended my trial until everything was working properly. The support is excellent. Geetika even called me to talk me through everything on the telephone and this helped me get it all sorted out. I recommend you try it out and see for yourself.
They're a great help in fixing problems I wish they would do more through email than whats app. I never have a problem with Aman he is always there to fix problems and explain different things for me
A very nice basic integration app. You need to do a lot of manual work to set up profiles to take infromation from Shopify through to OnBuy but once that it's done, uploading is easy.

I found the app a little confusing but the support is fantastic and I as walked through it step by step and now I'm like a pro!

Poor support. Poor integration. Changes on the channel are not updated on the app quickly enough leading to errors when listing stock. It is actually easier to manually list than use the app which begs the question "what is the point of the app"

Required phone support for transfer. Staff were very helpful in transfering listings to OnBuy store.

Despite a few issues caused by OnBuy themselves rather than the app developer, support has been very good. Would certainly recommend it for sellers looking to use this channel.
This app is a little complicated on initial installation. However the customer service team are extremely helpful and on hand to assist with any issues that arise. Once I had submitted a few products to onbuy it became a lot easier to use thanks to the help of the customer service team.

I had a problem integrating Shopify products with OnBuy but support patiently helped me out with listing. Waiting to see how it goes with the trial.
The app is great for syncing your products from shopify to OnBuy. I would most definitely recommend this app.

The app is just perfect, wanted to install this app to simplify feeds into multiple countries which it does and so much more! Great functions to help customise your feeds and sync our products prices and inventory perfectly, the support is super fast and helpful.

I wanted to get my business onboarded on OnBuy. But, it was easier said than done in the beginning. The reason being me working alone on the project with no assistance from anyone. However, CedCommerce came to my assistance in the nick of time. And I gotta say they’ve got good support folks that’ll help you out in case of any trouble. Furthermore, the features of their Shopify app turned out to be more robust than I thought. There’s this smoothness in the transaction process through their app that syncs orders directly to my Shopify store. The price and inventory syncing are great as well.
I am quite convinced with the Onbuy app and service provided by CEDCommerce. This app just made the entire product upload process so much easier! I did come across some difficulty, but the support team are SUPER RESPONSIVE. One thing I really appreciate is that every time I have reached out to them with my concerns, they assisted me untill it got resolved with instant replies. This app proved to be quite efficient as it saved me so much time, by cutting down most of the tiresome manual process. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app to anybody who is looking for simplified and effortless selling on OnBuy.
So far so good requires a little technical know-how as onbuy is not as straight forward, but customer support was fast and concise.

I had some trouble uploading my products to the OnBuy marketplace. Fortunately enough the CED support team guided me through each and every step. The intricate details of the whole ordeal were crystal clear, to be honest, that helped me a lot with the Shopify App. Getting professional help is somewhat of a rare occurrence these days, but I’m glad I found the right team at the right time. CED is pretty good when it comes to work ethics.
Very patient with me for almost 3 hours, still some work for me to do to get my listings ready for Onbuy, but support so far was great. Thank you.
Use the app to upload to my on buy account. I'm not at all technical and would have given up if it wasn't for the excellent customer service who are there to assist and guide me every step of the way. Amazing service very responsive to all my queries many thanks for all your help
Very easily synced my inventory to OnBuy. The product profiling feature is also a plus. My orders are also synced to my store. Great app - all Cedcommerce apps are awesome! Our company has become like family with Cedcommerce, we have 5 of their apps.
The app did not do what the guys promised it would do. I had a chat with them before subscribing, they told me the app will synchronise inventory and order automatically. After subscribing the story was completely different: 1. the uploading of the first 10,000 SKUs will be done free, any other addition will be subjected to additional price; 2. The mapping of the inventory with the marketplace catalogue is manually done. And they were directing me on how to do the mapping, I had no clue of what they were telling me to do, so I paid them additional money to do it for me. We agreed the job will be done in two weeks. After two weeks, it was another story again, I still needed to add some other details to each of the SKUs, meanwhile, all my items uploaded to google shopping and facebook easily without any issue. But since they wanted additional details to be added before it can be mapped on their app, I paid them yet additional money for them to do it and be sure my items are listed on the market place. After two months, they did not do half of the job, even many of the ones they listed were listed in the wrong categories, which is as good as not being listed at all. It was a different story again!!. Meanwhile, they requested that all the payments should be paid through shopify, and that was what I did. But when I reported the problem to shopify, shopify simply sympathize with me and said the policy is that they cannot refund money paid to developpers, unless the developper agree to it. They refused to agree to the refund of the money. So I lost all the money both for subscription and the additional money for them to do the job, no work is done, and they wasted my time. No single truth comes from their mouth. They don't know what they are doing.

Great group of folks. Always on hand to help with any problems. Their response times are especially impressive. Highly recommended.
I've used this app from day 1 and here is my experience. The app was buggy and needed some things ironed out but was overall functional. The team at CED have since sorted the problems and it runs all day long and does exactly what it says on the tin - imports orders from Onbuy and allows you to sell there with little or no hassle. I'm sure further improvements will also be made over time. I use CED for a few apps and find them all to do what they are supposed to.

Cedcommerce have replied to my negative review , their reply is total rubbish and not true, the app does not work. Their experts have only managed to list an additional 100 products in over 2 months, their customer support is not 24/7 at all and they just disappear for weeks without a reply even though they promise to fix it , lots of false promises and lies from this company sadly, as customers we deserve better !!!! 02/09/2020 Still not working, Im actually getting tired of asking them to fix it, they told me they have 500 happy customers which i really doubt. It simply is not working. Onbuy have now told me to upload via CSV and not to use the app anymore
Cedcommerce keep telling me if i sign up for the plan they will make it work Awful app , awful customer support, 27/08/2020
We have just noticed that the few products that actually did upload were sent as refurbished and not new, this seems to be another bug that needs fixing Even though the app doesnt work I have been told that i must now pay.
I think this app is getting closer and closer to the bin !! unless they very quickly sort it out. 26/08/2020 We have managed to load just a few items to onbuy, we have many many items processing, which have been processing for days now and they do not load, have been waiting all day for a response from Cedcommerce. So at the moment the app is still not working as it should. Its been 2 1/2 weeks of solid work from us which really should not be necessary 25/08/2020
It has been a hard slog to get this app working as there were a lot of bugs but today I can confirm that the order processing side of the app is working, the only issue is that you must enter a tracking number or it doesn't ship on the onbuy side. 18/08/2020
it Simply does not work . I have tried to get some resolution with Cedcommerce but the answer is always tomorrow !!! When i see it working i will change this feedback
