The customer support is very responsive and helpful. So if you're ever stuck you can have confidence they'll get back to you super fast! Can recommend!
Summaiya and the team have been invaluable in integrating my store with OnBuy. From asking 1 question on the live chat facility, a whatsapp group was created for me with round-the-clock assistance with any query I may have and their response time is pretty much immediate. I cannot thank the team enough for their help - seriously recommend this connector to avoid the hassle of creating product listings and tracking orders externally!
This app is not very thought through, and support is non existent. On our own Shopify website we offer our products as singles and bundles. For Onbuy, obviously we only want to offer the singles. The app can't work this out and therefore we haven't been able to upload our products. Support is extremely slow and hasn't been able to provide a solution, except creating separate EANs for the bundles, which is just wrong. Unfortunately I can't recommend this app.
I used this app and found it easy to use and when I had any questions the support was excellent - thanks!
they set a trap for you.
Price ads only support 10,000 SKUs, which means you can only offer a few products if your product has multiple variants.
In order to ask you to pay extra, they will import all your listings (some of which may not be intended to be available) into the app, and then your listings will exceed the limit. If you ask to remove unchecked listings, they ignore your request and make lots of excuses instead.
Very bad experience.
Complete waste of my time
I have spent nearly20 hours mapping attributes (which the app should be doing surely?) I have had attributes disappear when trying to publish products and some of the size attributes will not show up at all, I have one product with 4 size attributes but only 3 of them show up on the attribute mapping ??????. after setting everything up after repeated attempts. finally got 1 item to go up only to be told "Failed - default image required". the listing only has one image. aaaargh
Worst app i ever tried> CED commerce should look at shopify's ebay integration it is so easy to use and maps all the attributes and categories for you.
I could have listed a dozen items on onbuy in the time I have spent on this app. Complete waste of time
MAKE IT EASIER TO USE CED COMMERCE
Hey MADKITTY2013,
We are extremely sorry to hear that you are facing trouble with our extension. We would like to tell you that our OnBuy Integration is a vast extension with lots of functionalities, settings, terms & conditions. It is designed keeping in mind all the complications that sellers face while selling on OnBuy.
The reason why we believe this mishappening has occurred is because our demonstration team was not able to connect with you. After the purchase we were attempting get in touch with you to explain the process, but there was no positive response from your end.
We are sorry to hear this and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss the issues further with you. Please reach out to us.
We will surely help you in the same way as we do with our all sellers once you get connected with us.
Hoping to hear from you soon
Great app. Support was really good and helped me set up very quickly. only issue I faced is 10000 product limit. you need to pay more to increase the limit. But overall experience was so good.
I had a problem integrating Shopify products with OnBuy but support patiently helped me out with listing. Waiting to see how it goes with the trial.
It's been 2 months of setting up and communication is low. It's still not set up; I think Anoop has given up. I'm left in the dark without knowing how to move forward. I don't think this integration can handle stores with many skus.
The 7 day trial starts straight away and not when it's live. There's no stats to justify the expense of the integration. I don't know if my products will sell on Onbuy
Quick and easy once installed - thanks for the support also on syncing existing products into the app
