Merchants appreciate this app for its automation capabilities, especially in managing large product inventories and syncing them from Shopify to OnBuy. It offers price and inventory syncing, order management, and feed customization across multiple countries. Despite some finding the initial setup challenging, the customer service is praised for its responsiveness and 24/7 availability. The app is also recognized for preventing overselling by maintaining accurate inventory levels and is described as reliable and efficient.
This relationship has started well but now is turning sour. They read my messages in the CED whatsapp group we have but now no longer reply. Anoop whom was the person who was once very fast at replying is just reading and no reply at all. I feel left out in the cold currently with CED and when things have gone wrong recently they have told me to sort it out. This service is meant to save me time. I will see how service is over the next few weeks as to wether I continue working with them or taking my money to a service that actually provides what is meant to!
Really good app, operates fine, and the support is fantastic. If you have any problems or aren't sure how something works, they are there to help almost immediately.
