The application was very well done and achieved most of the desired functions. I am sure the functionality will be improved in the future.

The app is easy to use and you can do many things with the free plan. But it is better to upgrade to get access to more features when you have more visitors and customers. The customer service is just amazing and helpful. They help everybody, free or paid plan. Today I got Nathalie on the chat. Not only she gave an answer to my question, she also checked my settings and made some suggestions. But the best of all, she offered me 250 sms credit for Free. Highly recommended!

Needed some help with email subscription pop ups. I wanted some specific customisations and Patricia was so helpful, sorting custom fixes for me so quickly! Very impressed with the service, very refreshing! Really happy to have added this app to my Shopify store :)

Really Helped me with setting up a pop-up window for my shop, found it relatively simple to setup and when I had some problems with customizing the design to fit my shop, Kate from the ONE team was super nice, responsive and helpful.
I am currently only using the reward-popup feature but will definitely explore the other (many) options in the app.
