They're always willing to help and might I add that this they're response is close to immediate. This app has a good amount of free credits and good service. If my store exceeds the free amount, I think I will pay for a higher plan.

So useful! I'm new to all of this, thus I've been needing a lot of help with the app. Customer service is great. They help as much as they can and if they can't resolve it then and there, they will follow up with you later to make sure things are resolved. I'd def recommend this app!
