This App is super ! It does all what I need in email marketing and more in just one app! Do yourself a favor and install this app. it is super easy to learn. customer service is fantastic. they reply within seconds, so helpful and friendly . they even provide a 1 on 1 Vedic call to answer all of your questions and to onboard you if you want to. with their quick & best customer service , I was able to utilize the app quickly and started using all of its features within days. they are the best of the best. The app is so organized compared to many marketing apps that I tried before. The app is amazing and gets the job done without complicating your life. This app truly deserves the 5 stars! I never leave reviews because... well, I typically find customer support to be mediocre or a service won't exceed my expectations– but the customer service with Upsell alone has me writing a review.

Samantha went above and beyond to show me how to fix a newsletter pop-up. I was having issues getting the pop-up to be a certain size. She went in and changed it herself then screen-recorded a video of what she did so I could play around with it myself if I wanted to make future changes.

I added the app to help with my store and the app was easy to use but my store is new and I thought I needed to run a few campaigns all at once the app told me to request a gift to run the other campaign and I got connected to live chat. That is when I was saved by Rosy a live agent at 11pm at night not only did she give me great advice fixed my errors and explained what and why she did it and ,I never had live help with an app like this so this app is very affordable and 24/7 help im excited to grow with the team .Great app for newbies and oldies

We have been trying to get a pop-up for our website and tried at least 5 different apps each with no success due to their limited free option choices, complicated integration method and they just didn't seem to merge well with our website LylakWonders. But this is an amazing app! We love it so much, the customization is great considering the fact that it is completely free and run by a small group, integration is super simple and you can view how the pop-up looks on your website whenever you want! It gives you automatic unique coupon codes and the customer service couldn't be better, they reply within minutes which is mind-blowing. We really love this app, 100% would recommend it. Also our customer service helper, Alice was amazing. She helped us solve our problems within minutes and gave us some great suggestions!

Free application that suddenly became paid with little notice for no reason at all. I do not recommend using it as there are better applications than this.
