AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

I use this app for my pop ups, emails and sms discounts. It was my first time setting my store up and I was to contact Pauline on the chat, she was nothing short of amazing and patient, she even went as far as screen recording steps to make it easier for me. I even had to walk away from the chat for a few and when I got back she was right there. Service is exceptional. :)

very well put together app and operates well also once you learn the in and outs. I needed some help today with inserting an html image and Maya helped me. I did not even have to go into too much detail as she knew what I was talking about straight away. Maya helped with the image and also did a tutorial video for me so I know what to for next time. I was looking to add popups to my website and the ONE app adds some that are really neat! And they are fully customizable too. I added my logo and colors and I love the look I achieved. This app is literally the best app by far!!! Not only does it have email marketing, sms marketing, pop ups, as well as the analytics to see which of these features work best with your target audience but the customer service has exceeded my expectations and more! This was my first time using this company for such features so I was still getting used to how to create my emails but Noelia was such a huge help. If you are contemplating on whether or not to utilize this app for your company just do it, you will not regret it!!

The app is easy to use and you can do many things with the free plan. But it is better to upgrade to get access to more features when you have more visitors and customers. The customer service is just amazing and helpful. They help everybody, free or paid plan. Today I got Nathalie on the chat. Not only she gave an answer to my question, she also checked my settings and made some suggestions. But the best of all, she offered me 250 sms credit for Free. Highly recommended!

Needed some help with email subscription pop ups. I wanted some specific customisations and Patricia was so helpful, sorting custom fixes for me so quickly! Very impressed with the service, very refreshing! Really happy to have added this app to my Shopify store :)
