AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

I use this app for my text marketing. It's great! it works well with other apps too. the customer service is excellent and the designers are awesome as well.

This is one of the best app's I have, AND offers by far the BEST customer service I have ever seen.

Lots of features in one app! Looking for an app that has multiple features instead of adding multiple apps and this has been very helpful. Trish from support was really patient and helpful with my questions as well!

I started using ONE and the most amazing thing is that it is complete free. That helps a lot small business like us. Support is fantastic and there a lot of features. One small problem is that using multiple languages at your store is that those apps can't provide that well. It doesn't really matter at the end.

OK so used app for newletter then ckecked other apps I came BACK!
1rst day i had someone there very clear explanation i set up a nice newletter with loads of options then, came back for promotionnel pop up letters with maya and OMG excellent work in english and french i was with her allday as i worked with my kids..! She had brilliant suggestions and help to i like the way we recommend the developpers to add on stuff!! And guess what Im coming back again i need to promote b'days now! Love the team!!

I used this app to create pop-ups for my website and I must say I am extremely impressed with the customer service! Rosy was excellent and attentive and helped me create the most beautiful pop up! Thanks Rosy, you are a legend. <3

The customer service is really what makes this app superior. They are very responsive and extremely helpful - especially Jane and Naomi! I think there are definitely a few things that need improvements, I don't love the design templates they have and it's a little difficult to figure out how to customize at times. I'm hoping they ensure their customer service stays the same and look forward to being with them as they grow based on customer feedback.

I had a small issue I could not figure out (template not saving in email campaign). I hopped on the online support chat and got a response within minutes. The issue was fixed within 20 minutes, and everything has worked great since! Great app, and great customer service!
