Hey all. Just wanted to share my experience with ONE's customer service today. I had some issues syncing my product pictures and prices through shopify and one. But with the help of Kate and Rissa I was able to resolve the issue. They were super responsive. Kate went through a deep investigation for me and figured it out.

Customer service and support is outstanding. The app its self has multiple functions and the app is extremely easy to navigate. They have a lot of new things they are working on incorporating and even have a suggestion tab for things to add to the app
